    Poor guy running this biz solo. Beef is not seasoned well and over cooked. Gyoza is really cold and hardened; which I believe it's been waiting for me since this morning. Rice is under cooked. Food portion is small given the price $15 (plus tip). I totally support local biz; but come on, you can do better then that. Nevertheless, hope his wife will be back. I will give it another try just to support locals.
