Like other reviews I have purchased 3 cars from dealership with great exsperences. While on the other hand the service depart is lacking in what appears to be training, leadership, followthrough, guidance and most of all customer service. Had my car go in for factory defect(ended up being an entire engine swap),the work went 7 days over due plus the car is still having the same problem! Also please ensure your service reps go through there check list prior to customer pick up. I showed up and my car was covered in bird stuff and car was filthy and smelled bad. When I asked what happen I was told it was just cleaned, lol, ok?! I called to ask for department manager(which was not in) and ask "what do you want us todo?". Wow. I will not be buying a car from you again nor will I be using the service department outside factory work.
